• Payment in full is required.
• Weekly and monthly guests must pay in full on or before their arrival day each week/month.
• Accepted payment methods: Personal check, cash, online e-check, and credit card (credit card payments may incur a convenience fee).
• Past due balances will incur a $15 daily 'Past Due Fee.'
• Returned payments will be charged a $35 'Returned Payment Fee.'
• All payments are non-refundable.
